Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the full appointment fee or a minimum of $20 from the deposit, whichever applies.
• No-shows will be charged the full cost of the original appointment.
• Deposits are non-refundable
• Severe weather exceptions: If unsafe weather prevents you from attending, your appointment may be rescheduled without penalty.
